- At Eckel’s Auto Detailing LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. The following policies are designed to help us achieve this goal and maintain transparency in our operations. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these policies.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via text, phone call, or email. A confirmation email or text message will be sent out upon booking. An additional confirmation will be sent out one day prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations: Cancellation of your appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the detail’s total estimated cost. No-shows: There is a zero tolerance policy for no shows. Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a fee of 25% of the detail’s total estimated cost.
- Rescheduling: We kindly ask that customers that need to reschedule their appointment do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. The customer may be asked to pay a rescheduling fee of 15% of the details total estimated cost if they are rescheduling outside of the 48 hour window.
- Service Policies
- Inspection: We may conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to working on the vehicle to set expectations and point out any pre-existing damage.
- Customer Belongings: Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Service Time: Service time may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and the type of services requested. An estimated completion time will be provided at the time of booking.
- Pricing Policy
- Initial Quote: Each customer will be provided with an initial quote based on the requested services and the vehicle’s condition at the time of booking.
- Price Adjustments: The final price may increase based on the actual condition of the vehicle and the time spent on the service(s). This adjustment is at the discretion of our staff, who will assess the vehicle upon arrival and during the service.
- Customer Notification: If a price adjustment is necessary, customers will be informed before additional work is performed. We will provide a revised estimate, and work will only proceed with the customer’s approval.
- Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will do our best to address any concerns and, if necessary, offer a complimentary re-service.
- Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to our service or pre-existing conditions noted during the initial inspection.
- Payment Methods:
- Accepted forms of payment include cash and card. When paying with card, a 4% service fee will be applied. Cash is the preferred method of payment.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be applied to the final bill and will not cost the customer additional money.
- Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the vehicle. Invoices must be settled before the vehicle is released to the customer. Arrangements for later payment may be arranged, however additional charges may apply.
- Liability
- Damage and Theft: While we take utmost care with every vehicle, Eckel’s Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any damages or theft that occurs while the vehicle is in our possession unless it is due to negligence on our part. If Eckel’s Auto Detailing is transporting your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation.
- Mechanical Issues: Our services do not include mechanical repairs. We are not liable for any mechanical issues that arise after our detailing service.
- Vehicle Transport: If we transport your vehicle for any reason, Eckel’s Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during transport.
- Product Recommendations and Tips: We may provide tips and recommend products for maintaining your vehicle. However, Eckel's Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any issues or damages that occur from the use of these tops or recommended products.
- Customer Conduct
- Behavior: We expect all customers to conduct themselves respectfully to our staff and other customers. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
- Vehicle Condition: While unlikely, we reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that are excessively dirty or contain hazardous materials.
- Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services. This includes names, contact information, and vehicle details.
- Data use: Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
- Amendments
- Eckel’s Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
