Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of their respective countries and are of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Eckel's Auto Detailing LLC, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Eckel's Auto Detailing LLC, located at 218 Independence Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08610.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on March 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 24, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, you must:
Participants will receive one entry for completing the above steps on either Instagram or Facebook, and will receive two entries if they complete the steps on both platforms. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase or decrease the chances of winning.
Drawing: On April 1, 2024, the sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing among all eligible entries received. This drawing will be live streamed via the Sponsor's Facebook page. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
Notifications and Requirements of Potential Winners: The sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Instagram or Facebook (depending on the platform of entry) within 48 hours of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only three alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Level 1 Exterior Detail from Eckel's Auto Detailing LLC, which includes a full exterior wash and a 3-6 month ceramic sealant applied to all painted and glass surfaces. The prize must be redeemed within one month from the date of the winner confirmation.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway, or (b) award the prize to one (1) winner among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective parents, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. Entrants waive the right to claim any attorneys' fees and any damage whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
